Debit / ATM Cards The Community Bank Check Card can be used instead of checks anywhere Visa is accepted. There are no annual fees and no charge for transactions at Community Bank ATMs. No network fees are charged for use of other ATMs or POS purchases; however, other banks may assess a surcharge for using their ATM.

The Community Bank of East Tennessee is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program.
